The main source was Valerie’s unpublished court transcript, obtained personally by the writer from Bedford Archives. The script is designed to be a gripping exercise in tension and suspense - a Hitchcockian, noirish, pulse-pounding psychological thriller with a unique setting and philosophical themes exploring determinism and free will.
